Tours North India representative will pick you up from your hotel for transfer to the railway station to board a super fast express train to Agra.
6 AM
The air-conditioned Super Fast Shatabdi Express departs from New Delhi Railway Station. You will have breakfast in the train itself.
8.15 AM
The train reaches Agra. On arrival, you will be escorted to your pre-booked hotel by Tours North India executive. You will also be introduced to a professional guide who will accompany you on the tour.
9 AM
Proceed for a visit to the spectacular Taj Mahal. Built by emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj is the most splendid depiction of love and is renowned as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It took 22 years for 20,000 men to build this monument, a remarkable exemplification of Mughal architecture.
11 AM
After the Taj Mahal, visit the Agra Fort, another majestic creation of the Mughals. Built in red sandstone, the fort was built by emperor Akbar. The fortress houses many magnificent palaces, gardens and parapets.
12.45 PM
After sightseeing, your Tours North India representative will escort you to a five-star hotel in Agra for a sumptuous buffet lunch.
 2 PM
Post lunch, proceed for an excursion to the nearby Fatehpur Sikri. Built by emperor Akbar in the 16th century, this township has quite a few marvels of architecture, which are now almost in ruins. In fact, people often term it as the 'ghost town'.
6 PM
In the evening, pay a visit to the local markets. Do some good bargaining and collect souvenirs for loved ones. The mini Taj Mahals are the best buys here. Also look out for local handicrafts.
7.30 PM
After your Agra exploration, it is time to bid adieu. Transfer to the railway station to board your train to Delhi.
8.45 PM
The Shatabdi Express leaves the Agra station. Have dinner on board.
11 PM
On arrival in Delhi, an executive from Tours North India will pick you up from the station and take you back to your hotel.
