Tour Summary
Your first destination with Best of Kashmir Tours is Srinagar where you land and are escorted to the hotel or houseboat. You can opt to spend your time in leisure or spend the time in visiting the local marketplace. The local market is famous for traditional handicrafts and woolen items.
The second day of your tour, a sight seeing trip is arranged to some of the most famous locations in Srinagar. The Mogul Gardens, Shalimar Bagh and the Nishat Bagh are some of the most attractive places in Srinagar. On the third day of your tour a trip to Gulmarg is arranged which is at a distance of 55 km from Srinagar. The most famous tourist attractions in Gulmarg are its high peaks and steep slopes with snow capped mountains. Enjoy a walk along the green meadows with the mountains in the background.
You can also enjoy a pony ride or a Gondola ride to Khilanmarg through steep valleys and snow filled mountains. The fourth day of your tour is spent in Pahalgam and you visit the saffron fields and the ruins of Avantipura on the way. The evening is spent in leisure exploring the beauty of the countryside.
