Another such interesting features of the culture of this state is the endless successions of fairs and festivals which are been celebrated in this region. Holi, Diwali and Dusshera are the main festivals celebrated with great grandeur and pomp.

Himachal Pradesh is also widely known for its beautiful handicrafts, carpets, leather works, metal ware, wood work and shawls. The most famous Pashmina Shawl comes from this state.
